Recently, a batch of top entry trunnion mounted ball valve manufactured by MT Group successfully passed the acceptance inspection of Sinopec and were delivered for use.

Project Background

In order to help the national natural gas industry, Sinopec launched the Shandong LNG project, which is currently the largest LNG storage tank planned to be built in China. After it is completed and put into operation, it will enhance the gasification and export capacity, and will connect the Qingning pipeline to truly realize the interconnection of natural gas pipeline networks in North China and the Yangtze River Delta.

On July 14, 2021, Sinopec Corp. signed a batch of DN20-DN400 900LB top entry trunnion mounted ball valves with our company for the SEI Shandong LNG Phase III valve project. On September 30, 2021, our company has delivered 79 valves on time, and another 16 valves have been purchased for renewal. On October 6, 2021, all of them have been delivered and installed on site, which provides a guarantee for the smooth gas supply in North China in winter.
